Transcending Tibet Calendar (dates subject to change)

March 8, 2015, 2–4 pm: Women in Tibetan Art: a special talk for International Women’s Day with female artists from Transcending Tibet. (At Trace Foundation.)
March 12, 2015, 6:30–8:30 pm: Roundtable discussion with the artists, moderated by Davide Quadrio. (At Trace Foundation.)
March 14, 2015, 3:00–8:30 pm: Opening reception. (At Rogue Space.)
March 14–April 12: Exhibition is open Mondays through Wednesdays and Fridays and Saturdays 11am–6pm, and on Thursdays from 12 pm–8pm, or by appointment.
March 18, 6:30–8:30 pm: Buddha in a Shopping Bag, a talk by Martin Brauen. (At Trace Foundation.)
March 26–April 9, 2015: Online auction through Paddle8 and Gavel & Grand
April 4, 2:00–5:00 pm: An afternoon for children with the artists. (At Rogue Space.)
April 9: Cocktail reception and live auction in collaboration with Sotheby’s. (At Rogue Space.)

The online auction opening March 26 through Paddle8 and Gavel and Grand will culminate in a cocktail reception and live auction on the evening of April 9, featuring work of the artists as well as line of limited-edition fashion pieces. Created in collaboration with Negri Firman PR and Communication, these Fashion for Tibet items are donated by internationally renowned designers and brands taking inspiration from the exhibition. To date, these include: Angelos Bratis, Antonio Marras, Acquilano Rimondi, Arthur Arbesser, Gentucca Bini, Moncler, Diesel, Federica Moretti, Giuliana Michelotti, Nathalie Jean, Maliparmi, Matteo Thiela, mYak, Mr and Mrs Italy, Costume National, Corto Moltedo, and Suno.
