Open Academy project in Mongolia

Time: September 2008 to May 2011

Arthub will organize and participate in Open Academy project, initiated with Jay Koh and Chu Chu Yuan, as part of the Compass project started in 2006.

Seminars and workshops of Open Academy Ulaanbaatar will run from September 2008 to May 2011.

Open Academy will be open to all contemporary practitioners in the local cultural and art scene. Two main sessions will take place in May and September/October, coinciding with Ulaanbaatar Fine Art Institute student’s vacation. Between the sessions, visiting specialists will conduct talks and discussions exposing participants to various perspectives of art making and art critique.
