Daravuth Ly is the Co-Director and Co-Founder of Reyum Institute for Arts and Culture, a unique, independent gallery and research center in Phnom Penh that exhibits the work of Cambodian artists and publishes catalogues, books, and monographs. He is currently a lecturer in the department of archaeology at the Royal University of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and received BA and MFA degrees from the Sorbonne in Paris, where he also began doctoral research on the relationship between tradition and modernity in Khmer arts and cultures.
